In my fitness program I focus on 5 component that need to be in balance to achieve your goal weather it is to lose weight, maintain weight or gain muscle.

The 5 components are:

-Cardiovascular exercises
-Weight training/ strength training
-Proper nutrition
-Supplementation
-Stretching

In our 1 hour session I will guide you through a well rounded fitness experience which includes yoga, pilates, martial arts and others "all tailored to fit your needs ".
